Summary of Qualifications

Starting out in night-life promotions to making a career out of her passion for community activism she claims respect for her craft. Natasha Hall was born in Lexington, Kentucky and has has been servicing Columbus, Georgia since high school with creative endeavors. She is a determinate young female entrepreneur in the Southeast regional market of Georgia, paving ways for women of her craft as a Professional Development Career Coach. As an advocate in her community, Natasha’s Mission Statement is to 'Utilize God's principles to empower her family, friends and young girls to become effective members in society'.

An opportunity arose for Natasha at the start of high school (Carver High School) to learn how to play the piano and she challenged herself with a steady piano job until January 2010. Natasha Hall gripped a grand interest in the music business through Firm Grip Music Group with her big brother DJ O3, whom has been in the music game over ten years. Born a leader and a go getter she became ’Tee Hershey’ the F.I.C. (Female in Charge) and Promotions/ Events Coordinator of Firm Grip Music Group (FGMG) in 2008. Inspired to obtain the same mission and purpose of FGMG on Columbus State University’s campus, she became the founder of an organization named, Student Promoters in 2009. In the summer of 2008 she became the Street Team Leader for a local radio station (98.3 the Beat, WBFA) and later becoming a featured personality for a year ‘Taking Over’ on New Jac Nights at 8:30 PM every Tuesday for Local Artist Spotlight.

As a social innovator, Natasha has created over 25 various projects and/or events in Columbus, Georgia such as: Charity/ Awareness Events, Bi-Monthly Networking Socials, Monthly Educational Seminars, Annual Award Shows/ Ceremonies, Entertainment/ Social Events and Music/ Fashion Shows. Natasha launched a project entitled “Coming up Next” giving experience, exposure & education to the hottest upcoming Independent Artists every Tuesday with a blog site gaining over 16,000 views in one year. Shifting from the music business to the corporate business world she realized the lack of business sense and unity through the eyes of several business owners, she grew up from Tee Hershey to Natasha Markets in January 2012.

A 2011 recipient for the ‘Top 20 Women of Influence Awards,’ Natasha decided it was time to make a more positive impact by putting her boots on the ground in the community to make a difference by becoming a Community Activist and Motivational Speaker. On July, 14, 2012, Natasha was proclaimed her own Local Holiday in the Consolidated City of Columbus, Georgia. Natasha has a Social Media for Business Certificate and a Business Research Certificate. Her background range from over 10 years of various experience in Human Resources, 5 years of experience in Marketing/Sales and 3 years of experience in Strategic Planning. She is officially the Chief Executive Officer of Professional Development Consulting Firm (ProDev Firm) based in Columbus, Georgia and has spread her wings to greater heights by relocating to Atlanta, Georgia.
