My professional background would start from my parents’
background being in the military and education. I look back at how much of my
upbringing makes me a rock star in the workplace. I started out as a Teacher’s Assistant in
fourth grade to being the Mayor Pro-Tem of the Micro Society program in fifth
grade and starting my first career-oriented position in human resources during
my senior year in high school.
I would say that over the years my well-rounded skills would
be negotiation, strategic planning, counseling, oral and written communication.
I grew up in the age of change where people, places and technology have been
evolving rapidly. Adapting to new tasks gives me a space to innovate, create and
learn which is cohesive to my future.
In the next 3 years career wise, I see myself on a global
level providing first-class resources for career development. I would like to
see myself as a Career Development Director and working on my Master’s in
Strategic Planning.
